DELIVERIES

Shopping at Hosbjerg is easy. We ship internationally to all countries worldwide. Just click on the item you like, choose your size, and add it to the shopping cart. To check out, you just click on the shopping cart, on the top right-hand side of the page. At the checkout, you will need to fill in your address, contact information, and email address. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from Hosbjerg.

 

 

SHIPPING PROVIDER

For deliveries inside Denmark and Europe, we use GLS or DHL.

For all deliveries outside Europe, we use DHL.

We send all products as packages and each package will have a tracking number in case of problems. During shipment, the package is insured. All packages should be collected at the nearest post office. This applies only to packages in Denmark. All packages outside Denmark will be sent to your private address. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to GLS or DHL immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, please use this to follow your package.

 

DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COST

We want you to get your order as soon as possible. International shipping is 3-7 working days. International customers outside Europe, please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes, or brokerage fees when ordering from us. Please check with your local customs office for the rules and regulations. We do not deduct vat for international orders.

We offer free shipping on orders over 190 USD. The price for shipping on orders under 190 USD is 30 USD. Your shipping price and options will display at the checkout.

The credit card must be issued in the same country as the order placed. The amount will not be drawn from your card before the products are sent.
